We have capability to design compounds: To any international standards like ASTM , BIS and JIS
Involving polymers like: NR,SBR,NBR, HNBR ,EPDM, Neoprene, NBR/PVC Viton, Poyacrylic , Silicon etc
We have a baby mill to design and mix development compounds
Product Design
We have capability to design Anti Vibration parts if the vehicle design data is made available to us
If operating conditions are made known to us, we can also design products for suspension and sealing applications as well as general applications
Tool Design
We have capability to design and fabricate our own tools to very close tolerances and excellent finish and tool life
Our corporate tool design centre has one of the best design facilities in the country
Product Testing
We have the capability to design and develop product testing machines to simulate the end use conditions
