Varroc Elastomers Pvt Ltd is a world class automotive rubber and , rubber to metal bonded manufacturing company located at Aurangabad, Maharastra, India

Varroc Elastomers is a part of Varroc, a $ 400 Million group of companies, specialized in manufacture and marketing of world class automotive components .

The group has

17 plants located in Western and Northern India,
One plant , IMES,Sp.z.o.o., located in Poland
One Plant , IMES ,S.p.A, located in Italy

This group was  established  in  1990  as Varroc Engineering Pvt Ltd  for  making injection moulded  plastic auto parts for Bajaj Auto Ltd .

In  1995  Varroc Engineering also started making rubber parts .

In 2001, Varroc Engineering  had hired the services of  Mr P J Swamy, Director of Engineering Rubber Research Institute as a consultant for improving the rubber division .

Mr P J  Swamy is a  Rubber Technologist with 30 years world wide   experience  in rubber industry .

In 2005, after  five  Varroc Engineering  decided to spin off the rubber business into a different company as a joint venture between Varroc Engineering and Mr  P J Swamy .

Consequently , a new company,  Varroc Elastomers Pvt Ltd  has been  incorporated on  22 Nov 2005  with Mr P J Swamy as the Managing Director.

The business continued for two more years in the same premises of Varroc Engineering

In  Dec 2006 , the operations,  then existing in a small portion of Varroc Engineering,  had been shifted into the new premises  built on a two acre- 8100 sq m- 87000 sq ft -  plot at      M 191/2 MIDC  Waluz, Aurangabad .

The built up area is 3000 sq m or 30000 sq ft  .

This  facility has the following unique features

1. A perfectly linear process lay out with near zero backtracking
2. A  factory within factory set up to do compound mixing in house
3. Provision to double the mixing capacity at short notice
4. Fully visual management system where things speak up for themselves
